The Iris tile was produced in the ancient Spanish tile-making process known as “ceunca,” meaning basin – the term refers to the small raised lines of clay that make up the “basins” into which the glaze is deposited. Created by Motawi Tileworks of Ann Arbor, Michigan with locally produced clay and glazes. Notch on back for hanging. Indigo. Approx. 4" x 8".
