In 1997, while installing seatbelts into their 1950 Buick, Dana Harvey was inspired to make his wife a matching handbag and produced the first Harveys Seatbeltbag. Since then, they've added a number of great seatbelt bags to their lineup, including this Executive Tote. It features a zip closure, plenty of pockets and a full lining. Black.
