Pewabic Life is Worth Living in Detroit Tile

This skyline of Detroit was designed by Mary Stratton, circa 1915-17. It features the original wooden Belle Isle Bridge with the caption "Life Is Worth Living In Detroit". The symbols in the four corners represent Construction, Industry, Nautical Traffic, & Agriculture, the four cornerstones of Detroit business.
